Check-In and Check-Out Times
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards.
Check-out time is until 12:00 PM.
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Payment Policy
Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer. Please contact us for payment details.
Reservations can be secured with a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due one week before the scheduled arrival date. For bookings made less than a week in advance, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled check-in date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Security Deposit

The security deposit will be refunded in full upon check-out, provided no damages or excessive cleaning are required.
Villa Occupancy
Each villa at Anjani Villas Estate accommodates a specific number of guests. Additional guests may incur extra charges.
Maximum occupancy must not exceed the villa’s specified capacity.
House Rules
Guests are expected to treat the villa with respect and follow all posted house rules.
Excessive noise, parties, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
Liability
Anjani Villas Estate is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings during their stay.
Guests are encouraged to secure their valuables in the provided safes.
Travel Insurance
We recommend all guests to obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances during their stay.
Force Majeure – Anjani Villas Estate is not liable for any disruptions or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters and acts of God.
Amendments – Anjani Villas Estate reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Minimum Stay Requirement: Guests are required to stay a minimum of 2 nights.
